PROMOTION TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these Promotion terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions) carefully. Participation in this Promotion will constitute your agreement to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please do not participate in this Promotion. 

All participants during the term of this Promotion agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

  1. PROMOTION:

OPPO Reno 7 Pre-Order (“Promotion”). The promoter of the Promotion is OPPO Nigeria, and/or its agencies DX Technology Limited (“Organizer”).

  1. PROMOTION PERIOD:

    2.1. The Promotion will run from 00:00am on 17th May, 2022 to 11:59pm on May 23rd 2022 (“the Promotion Period”).

    2.2. The duration of the Promotion may be extended or curtailed at the discretion of the Organizer and regulatory bodies.

  1. WHO MAY ENTER:

    3.1. All participants must:

  1. be citizens of the Republic of Nigeria and/or legal residents of the aforesaid country.
  2. must be currently residing in Nigeria at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period.
  3. Must be a natural person and be at least 18 (Eighteen) years old at the date of the commencement of the Promotion Period.
  4. HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THE PROMOTION: 

    4.1. The participant must pre-order OPPO Reno 7 with 15% initial deposit of product amount.

  1. OPPO Reno 7 pre order is between 00:00am on 17th May 2022 to 11:59pm on May 23rd 2022 (“the Promotion Period”).
  2. Errors and omission may be accepted at the Organizer’s discretion and regulatory bodies.

Failure by the Organizer to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

  1. It is the participant’s responsibility to ensure that any information which you provide to the Organizer is accurate, complete and up to date.
  2. CAN I ENTER MORE THAN ONCE FOR THE OFFER:

    5.1. Participants will enjoy pre order promo benefit on every OPPO Reno 7 smartphone purchased from all OPPO authorized retail stores nationwide during the pre-order promotion period through:

  • In store (physical pre order)
  • Online pre order (OPPO website landing)

Should there be any dispute in this regard, the Organizer shall be resolved in accordance with clause 9.10 of this Terms and Conditions.

    6.1. The Promotion  afford the participant opportunity to receive the below listed respective items

 6.2. Offer is not transferable. No substitution, cash redemption, or assignment of the Offer is permitted.

    6.3. The above promotional Offer is available on a “while stock lasts” basis and the Organizer cannot be held accountable once the stock for the pre order promotional Offer/ Promo item has been depleted.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

    7.1. To the extent permitted by consumer protection law and/or any other applicable law:

  1. The participant and/or winner(s) hereby indemnifies the Organizer against any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages or loss of any kind regardless of how this was caused, and whether it arose under the law of contract or delict or otherwise, because of the participant’s entrance to the Promotion.
  2. the Organizer excludes all warranties (express or implied), representations and liabilities regarding this Promotion (other than for death or personal injury caused by its negligence and/or fraud).
  3. REDEMPTION OF OFFER:

    8.1. The Participant will redeem the below items at the OPPO retail stores where the pre order was made (offline store)

    8.2. OPPO back pack will be collected at point of purchase when customer makes full payment to redeem his/her pre order, while the 3,000 naira airtime will be recharged to customers one week after redemption closes.

    8.3. Redemption begins on Tuesday, May 24th, 2022.

All Participant must provide complete information at the point of pre order.
